If they all are not uniquely filtered (i.e. all contain the same entries available for selection) then you can use the dropdown control template for only the first dropdown and simply use raw droplist controls (without template) for the rest, From: to the same Queue that the first one uses. This will only work if the first one is File Loaded and unfiltered.
