Par2: Browse without update buttons can't use toolbar

It appears that the code generated by the "Browse Select Button - Select Record from a Browse Box" template does not generate a "BRWx.AddToolBarTarget(Toolbar)." Consequently a select only browse cannot be controlled from the global toolbar. I tried adding the statement at priority 8800 of WM Init and that seemed to fix it.
