Seems like a reasonable technique?  I've updated the gwbsqlautoinc template
accordingly, since no one seemed too pleased about Ident_Current .  I've
done some limited testing and it seems OK, will try some stress testing over
the weekend.  If anyone finds problems with it I'd be grateful for some
feedback.
