To disable both,
at Global embed, Inside the Global Map

AT Procedure

!embed after window opened
pHwnd = 0{prop:handle}

! disable MinimizeBox
SetWindowLong(pHwnd,IT_GWL_STYLE, GetWindowLong(phwnd,IT_GWL_STYLE) - 
WS_MINIMIZEBOX)

or

! Hide MinimizeBox and MaximizeBox
SetWindowLong(pHwnd,IT_GWL_STYLE, GetWindowLong(phwnd,IT_GWL_STYLE) -
