I have not tried this but how about deleteing all but the first record in 
the PrintPreviewQueue after the report has been generated but before it is 
previewed / run ?  This would only leave the first page in the previewqueue 
to be printed.

You may need to adjust the value in PreviewQueueIndex as well or even just 
set this to one.

One thing you will have to do is to cleanup all the WMF files that have 
been produced in running the report as this is done from the 
PrintPreviewQueue.
