them in the form's ThisWindow.TakeCompleted Method before the parent call
and return Level:Notify if you do not want to close\save the changes.
The Embed code for OK will not be done if the user presses CANCEL on the
form and then Answers YES to the "DO you want to save your changes?" message
box that appears on Cancel.
