Windows API: Reading favourite files

Newsgroups: comp.lang.clarion its done with ole. there is interface called IShellUIHelper that has a method (cant remember the name) that imports and exports favorites. The user must have IE 4.0 or higher installed. MSDN has a sample program I took some code from called FavRead. If you search msdn for that you should find the sample code.
