Subscriptions last for one year from the date of purchase. Renewals are for 1 year, and begin on the date the renewal is processed, or at the end of the previous subscription, whichever will be longer.

When you purchase a Gold or Silver subscription, you will be sent a login ID and Password. When you login, you will be able to download any of the products included in your subscription.

During your subscription, you are eligible to receive any updates released to the existing products, and any new products released into your subscription plan (gold or silver).

During your subscription, you are eligible to receive unlimited tech support via email, Icetips' online forum, or Icetips' online live support.

The software you download during your subscription will not expire at the end of the subscription. You may continue to use it even if you don't renew. However, if you don't renew, you will not be eligible for tech support or software updates after your subscription expires.
