Duration
Subscriptions last for one year from the date of purchase. Renewals are for 1 year, and begin at the end of the previous subscription, or on the date the renewal is processed.

Downloads
When you purchase a Silver subscription, you will be sent a login ID and Password. When you login, you will be able to download any of the products included in the Silver plan.

Updates
During your subscription, you are eligible to receive all Silver product updates, and any new Silver Icetips Clarion products.

Tech Support
During your subscription, you are eligible to receive unlimited tech support via email, Icetips' online forum, or Icetips' online live support.

Expiration
The software you download during your subscription will not expire at the end of the subscription. You may continue to use it even if you don't renew. However, if you don't renew, you will not be eligible for tech support or software updates.

Renewals
You are welcome to renew your Icetips Silver Subscription at any time for $49. Keep your subscription current to receive updates and new products. Currently, there is no penalty for late renewals. A late renewal fee will be added in 2009.

Upgrade to Gold
You are welcome to upgrade your Silver subscription to a Gold subscription at any time. The cost is the difference between the Silver and Gold price. Contact Icetips for details.
