Make your app windows appear completely on-screen, so the user can see the entire window!

The Window Fixer makes sure that a window's X and Y positions are correct, so that the window will always open where the user can see it. If the window is outside of the monitor's visible screen, then the window is pulled in.

Have you ever had your windows open at the wrong coordinates, with the window outside of the screen?

If you let Clarion save and restore the window position and size, it can easily happen that a window is opened outside of the virtual screen, which is the area that is visible on all the monitors attached to the computer. When this happens, the window is not accessible and there is no easy way to get it back to the visible location. The user must edit the INI file or the Registry where the X and Y positions are stored.

The Window Fixer solves this problem once and for all. It figures out all the monitors that are attached and their visible areas. When a window is opened and it's position has been restored, the Window Fixer checks the position and if needed moves the window so it is visible.

Global Template

Simply add the global template to your application, re-compile and you are done. If you wish to exclude procedures, just select them in the global template.

You can use the Window Fixer with Clarion 6-8 in both ABC and Clarion template chains, and hand-coded projects.
