The Icetips Window Fixer makes sure that the window's X and Y positions are correct so that
the window always opens where the user can see it! If the window is outside of the monitor's
visible screen, then the window is pulled in. The Icetips Window Fixer works with multiple

Have you ever had your windows open at the wrong coordinates, putting the window outside of the screen?
If you let Clarion save and restore the window position and size it can easily
happen that a window is opened outside of the virtual screen, which is the area that
is visible on all the monitors attached to the computer. When this happens
the window is not accessible and no easy way to get it back to the visible location
unless the user edits the INI file or the Registry where the X and Y positions
are stored.
The Window Fixer solves this problem once and for all. It figures out all the monitors that
are attached and their visible areas. When a window is opened and after its
position has been restored, the Window Fixer checks the position and if needed
moves the window so it is visible.
