This happens because the standard box lines on checkboxes on reports are so thin that they may not even register at all when the report is printed or, in particular, faxed. If your answer is YES, then you need the Icetips Checkbox Fixer!

The Checkbox Fixer template is very simple to use. You simply add it to your report procedures and your checkboxes start showing up looking nice and professional. The Checkbox Fixer is compatible with Clarion 4, 5, 5.5 and 6/6.1/6.2 in both ABC and Clarion template chains.

The Checkbox Fixer changes all checkboxes at runtime to characters using the Wingdings font which print properly and look good. You can control what characters are used but by default it uses characters 0168 and 0254 in the Wingdings font, which look like this:

In mid-August 2007 we will release a new build with an additional option to fix up radio buttons on reports.
