I embeded the following code in 'After Global Includes'

PS> Just as an afterthought,
Occasional problem with Object not closing:-
Sometimes the Application Object will not close correctly following
PROP:DeActivate.
I use TerminateProcess (API), but others have reported success calling
prop:deactivate (3 or more times) until the Object closes.
