everything to the left of the decimal point is days.  Everything to the
right is hours/minutes/seconds

BeginTime       = today() + clock() / 8640000
EndTime         = today() + clock() / 8640000

ElapsedTime     = EndTime - BeginTime

As you can see you can span days with this method.  To get information out.

Days = int( ElaspedTime )
ClockTime       = ( ElapsedTime - int( ElapsedTime ) ) * 8640000
