All Icetips products are sold as part of subscriptions, either single product subscriptions as "Solo" subscriptions or bundled as "Gold" or "Silver" subscriptions. The "Gold" subscription includes all our products, while the "Silver" subscription only includes a subset of our products.
The subscriptions provide full access to all updates, fixes, upgrades during the subscription term. New products added to the subscription during the subscription term are included as well. Other services or options may be included in the subscription at a later date.
The subscription term is currently 1 year, but we are working on introducing 1 month terms that will be available in 2012. Initial purchase includes the initial access to our products as well as one subscription term. Annual renewals are due 1 year after the initial purchase and then one year after each renewal date. Renewals are always paid in advance. If a subscription expires before it is renewed, the subscription can be renewed without penalties (as of the time of writing - January 2012)
