GetDisabled

Is the task disabled.

Prototype:

GetDisabled(LONG HeaderID, LONG TaskID),BYTE

Arguments:

HeaderID	The unique ID of the header.
TaskID	The unique ID of the task.

Returns

Returns True if the task is disabled, False otherwise.
