Multi DLL considerations.

If your application is a multi-dll application you must apply the Icetips Window Fixer template to the application that exports file declarations (base dll/exporting dll) so the class definitions are exported correctly.  You do need to add the Icetips Window Fixer template to all of your applications in the multi-dll system if you want all your windows to behave the same way.
