| Prototype: | (String pProcedureName, Long pInstanceToSelect) |
| pProcedureName | Name of the procedure. |
| pInstanceToSelect | Number of the instance to select if the procedure count has reach the limit. |
This method is called by the TakeLimit method in the Thread Limit Class. It in turn calls the ActivateWindow method in the Thread Limit Class to activate the correct window.
