If you know what row its in:
?List{PROP:Selected} = RowNumber

If all you know is a value in a field you need to clear the record buffer,
prime the known field with the value and call BRW1.ResetFromBuffer().

CLEAR(FIL:RECORD)
FIL:Field = KnownValue
BRW1.ResetFromBuffer()
