Webtimer
This program will insert an icon on the bottom right of the Taskbar.
When the mouse is over the icon a help and setting option will appear.
This program can be installed manually in the win.ini to load
up every time windows is started. Webtime will also shut down 
with Windows.  
Webtimer needs wininet.dll to operate.
