RARS1000.exe is the Report Archiving & Retrieval System freeware version self-extracting exe. It is based on the talk given by Craig Ransom at DevCon '99.

Run it to extract the files into a convenient directory, then follow the instructions in the Installation portion of the included RTF file to complete the installation.
