cgi-win.txt contains a very small CGI-WIn demo program written in Clarion 2003, but adaptable to Clarion 5+ with no problem.

It shows how to build a web pbage in Clarion, through the win-cgi protocol. However the page-building portion is generally useful and may be extracted to generate static pages to ASCII files.
