DESCRIPTION:    Find & Replaces text in any text-file.
COMMENTS:       Enter a file-name or file-mask (e.g.: *.clw)
                (Those file(s) must be in the same, current directory)
                Enter a string to search for.
                When you don't enter a replacement string, you'll
                only get the number of found files and matches.
                Enter a replacement string.
                The "search" string is replaced with the "replace"
                string. Leading and trailing spaces are ignored.
                No reformatting is done and NO BACKUP is made!
