Managing a menu item from a DLL.
If the entry point to the DLL is a MDI with its own Menu and procedures. When
the MDI in the DLL is called, the menu merges with the main apps menu and
one can run the procedures from the DLL's menu. However as soon as focus is
given to one of the DLL's procedures, the Child menu disappears until the
procedure is closed. 'NoMerge' prevents the menu's merging.

Is there away around this problem without declaring and managing  the menu
structure from the main app?
