This program is a port of a Microsoft demonstration program 
that uses Windows API calls to set options for Desktop icons.

It takes up to two options from the command line, these are:

For shortcut icons:
large       =    Large icons
small       =    Small icons
details     =    Small icons with file details 
                 (except Windows 2000 (at least release 
                  candidate 1 so far))

For shortcut desciption:
opaque      =    Default desktop background colour
transparent =  Transparent background colour
