DESCRIPTION:    Process procedure extension template
COMMENTS:       General process extension template.  Works with both
                Process and Report procedures in Clarion and ABC
                templates.  

                Functions include:
                1.  Hide the prgress window
                2.  Animate icons instead of progress bar
                3.  Set caption/text on the progress window
                    and conditionally update when animating
                    or updating progress bar.
                4.  Change font/alignment for text on progress window
                5.  Solid color progress bars
                6.  Percent value conditioned bar color for solid bars
                7.  Set height of solid bar (defaults to 10 display units)
                8.  Post events to another thread with every percent
                    update when progress window is hidden.
                9.  Same functionality in Clarion and ABC templates.
