DESCRIPTION:    Irregular shaped Window editor
COMMENTS:       Polygraf is currently both an example and a tool. It 
                demonstrates how to create irregular window shapes 
                using the Windows API. The application includes a
                rudimentary editor that will save the point array to 
                an INI file for use in other windows. This application
                is being distributed under the GNU GPL license agreement.

                This version will be replaced as additional enhancements
                become available.
