COMMENTS:       

ImageTut is a sample application that demonstrates displaying
a file in a sized image control while keeping the original proportions
of the file image. I have made every effort to keep it as simple as 
possible so the method used should be clear enough to follow.

There are probably easier methods of accomplishing this, but this
is one that I have found that works.
