COMMENTS:       A small program that converts a html file to a clarion
                source code for IC.  It puts Target.Writeln(' in front
                of the html code, and ') after it as well as convert
                < to <<  It can copy the resulting code to the clip-
                board or to a specified file.  This is a 32bit version
                of the program that allows the program to be minimized
                into the system tray.  
                Version 1.03 has translation table and command pool to
                select commands from at runtime.
                Version 1.04 has multiple translation tables, read/write
                directories are remembered and a few minor fixes.
