FLOATBAR.ZIP

FLOATBAR.ZIP is my example of a floating toolbar for use 
within an application to replace the standard Clarion toolbar.  
The toolbar is movable, resizable, and automatically adjusts 
itself horizontally and vertically if moved to far off the screen.
