INSTALLATION NOTES

To install the Paradox File Driver run the SETUP.EXE program, this
will install the driver, support files and BDE Redistributables.

Please note that the SETUP program is 32-bit only, though the
driver is presently 16-bit. Watch our site for updates!

The Paradox File Driver is based on the Borland Database
Engine (BDE) which is distributed with the driver, this ensures
full compatibility with Paradox tables since Paradox also uses
the BDE.

To complete the installation process the BDE must be installed
(if it isn't already present on the target machine). To do this you
may double-click on the 'Setup BDE' in the 'Paradox File Driver'
folder, or run the SETUP.EXE program in the CW20\REDIST
subdirectory. In order to reduce space requirements you may
choose only to install the Paradox Driver. You will also need to
include the SQL and QBE Engines if you wish to make use of
SQL, QBE or cursors in your applications.
