Description: Popup calendar and Debugging function.
   Comments: A sample Popup calendar that uses created an destroy. When I get
             some time I will include another that works faster and is more
             programmer friendly. This does show how to use create with a
             variable instead of an equate.

             Also included is a handy function for writing debug information
             to a text file. Russell from Topspeed asked that I put this up on
             ICETIPS when I told him about it at the Roadshow out here in LA.
