This build fixes various problems with listboxes:
Fixed columns did not draw correctly. In most cases the fixed columns would actually not show at all! This was true for both individual fixed columns and groups that were fixed.
This could also lead to headers and columns not being in sync when scrolled horizontally and the fixed columns did not work correctly with the horizontal scolling.
If none of the columns in a group had a header the horizontal splitter line was still drawn but since the header row was only half the height it would normally be the splitter line was drawn through the group header.
Those should all be fixed now and to the best of our knowledge this fixes all known issues with listboxes in XPTheme.
To make it easier for us to work with the XPTheme classes, we decided to split the xpthemedc.clw file into one file pr. control class, so now you will have xpthemeBoxes.clw, xpthemeDrops.clw, xpthemeEntries.clw, xpthemeLists.clw, xpthemeRadios.clw, xpthemeSheets.clw and xpthemeSpins.clw. This makes no difference in the operation of the classes, only makes it easier for us to isolate problems with various control types and fixed them.
